1 Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Player" / "You" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the 566bed platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player following successful registration on 566bed.

2 Acceptance of Terms

4 Deposits and Payment Methods

4.4 No Third-Party Deposits. Deposits made from payment instruments not registered in the Player's own name will be refused, and any funds received may be held pending investigation. 566bed reserves the right to return funds to the originating payment instrument and to close the account in question.

4.5 Currency. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 566bed does not accept foreign currency deposits. Any attempt to deposit in a foreign currency will result in the transaction being declined.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. 5.3 Abuse of Promotions. 566bed reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim Bonus Funds where it determines, in its reasonable discretion, that a Player has abused or attempted to abuse a promotion, including by opening multiple accounts, providing false information, employing low-risk betting patterns to complete wagering requirements, or colluding with other Players.

5.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Offers. 566bed reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to the rights of Players who have already begun complying with an offer's terms in good faith.

5.5 One Welcome Bonus Per Household. Welcome bonuses are available once per Player, per household, and per shared device. Attempts to claim a welcome bonus more than once will be treated as promotional abuse under Clause 5.3.

6 Games and Betting Rules

8 Account Closure and Suspension

8.3 Effect of Closure. Upon closure of an account, all Bonus Funds are immediately forfeited. Any Real Money Balance not subject to an active investigation will be returned to the Player's verified payment instrument within 10 business days.

9 Responsible Gaming
